The Restaurant Complex

The legendary 7th Heaven Restaurant is one of the most unique places in Moscow. Out top chef has designed our first-class menu, combining the staples of different nations, including Europe, Russia, and Asia.
All 3 floors of our restaurant complex rotate a full 360 degrees, giving diners a different view of the capital whilst dining, no matter where they are sitting. A full rotation takes 40 minutes.
Dramatic views of Moscow are combined with world-class dining, ensuring diners in our restaurant complex will remember their visit for a long time to come.

The restaurant complex is closed for deep cleaning on the third Monday of every month.

Table Reservations

Please note that there is a fee for reservations in our restaurant complex. The price includes a ticket to the Ostankino Tower, access to the viewing deck at 337 metres, and table reservation. Entrance to the restaurant without a ticket is prohibited.

To book a table for weekends or on bank holidays or national holidays, 2 weeks’ notice is required. We ask you to pay attention to this when booking tickets.
